Job Position Commercial Manager

Job Summary

The Commercial Manager is responsible for planning, successful execution and follow up for all commercial activities of the Company including increasing sales, improving customer retention as well as brand visibility, with the objective of driving business growth and market shares.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor

Experience Level: Management level

Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description
 

1. Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (sales, marketing and customer relations)
    
2. Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with the company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
4. Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
5. Increase Company’s brand visibility and Image through conducting various activities ranging from CSR, Social media marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
6. Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
7. Manage and reduce clients churn by deploying various retention strategies
8. Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
9. Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
10. Assist in setting financial targets for the commercial activities, budget development and monitoring

Qualification

1. University degree in Business Administration/ Marketing with at least 3 years of proven experience in related field.
2. Proven leadership skills
3. Must be conversant with various Internet connectivity issues and solutions
4. Ability to work independently, adapts to changes quickly, produce results and meet targets.
5. Excellent command on both oral and written English and Kiswahili languages
6. Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic in nature and a team player
7. Innovative, enthusiastic with good analytical, proposals and report writing skills
8. Able to work under pressure and in different environments.
