The project focuses on capacity building on scientific research on oil and gas technology at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, CoET, UDSM. Courses for MSc in Oil and Gas Engineering will be offered jointly by UDSM members of staff and with lectures from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). In addition to fulfillment of academic requirement for relevant degree award, candidates sponsored by this project are expected to contribute to the said overall project goals within four years period (January 2016 – December 2019).
