- Commercial experience within a similar role
- Windows 7,8 & 10 Administration and Support
- Active directory Administration
- Networking knowledge

- Ticketing systems such as Freshdesk
- Anti-virus software
- Best business practice
- Good Customer service
- A High Level Of Proficiency In
- Responsible team player who is capable of working on their own initiative and can make a fresh and positive contribution to the Service Desk Team
