EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES RE - ADVERTISEMENT Mbeya University of Science and Technology invites applications from suitably and qualified Tanzanian Citizens to fill in the following vacant positions that exist as follows:
1. ASSISTANT LECTURER 5 POSTS
• Civil Engineering 2 Posts
• Mechanical Engineering 3 Posts
1.1. QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least a GPA of 4.0 out of 5 and a minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5 or its equivalent in the first degree.
1.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical for undergraduate programmes;
ii. Prepare and presents case studies;
iii. Conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
iv. Participate in consultancies and community services under supervision; v. Attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and
vi. Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.
